BV-C2901 – Air Cooling SWIR VGA Camera
The BV-C2901 is a SWIR camera using a VGA InGaAs sensor having the sensitivity from 950nm to 1700nm. It uses a Peltier built-in sensor and a cooling FAN for cooling the sensor. The adoption of the FAN cooling system enables to keep the sensor temperature at -10 ℃ and it makes possible to capture high S/N images under 2-second long term exposure as it avoids rise in temperature to cause the increase of the dark current.
