EyeSorter Checkbox – high-speed sorting with unmatched accuracy

The EyeSorter Checkbox is an optical sorting unit designed for part recognition and orientation in bowl feeders. It can be used also in automatic assembly machines with the additional feature for measurement, quality assurance and more. An intelligent system with adaptive parts flow control and optical workpiece identification, it sorts small parts according to type, position orientation, quality and also according to piece count (piece count pre-selection).
